Salon Policy


Reservations

To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your service with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last service. All salon services are subject to availability.


Salon Pricing

Services and prices are subject to change without notice. Please consult your professional for cost of services.


Salon Arrivals

We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to accommodate completion of your guest profile and to change into a salon robe. Salon robes and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrivals of 10 minutes or more are considered a missed appointment. In consideration of other salon guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals. 


Health & Safety

Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities you may have prior to your service.​ Please notify us if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions we need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or medications). If you have cold/flu like symptoms please call to cancel and reschedule when you are well again.


Cancellations & Changes

Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is requested.


Confirmation Calls

We make every attempt to call, text or email confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance. However, we offer confirmations as a courtesy, the salon is not responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointment.


Gratuity

Gratuities are not included in the value of the services, gratuities are appreciated for excellent service. 


Cell Phones

Please be respectful of the people around you who are trying to relax during their services. We ask that you set your phone to mute.


Attire

We suggest you wear the provided robes when receiving ANY service. If you choose not to change, we will not be responsible for any damage to clothing.


Jewelry and Personal Items

We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles. Please do not bring any valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings with you at all times.​


Atmosphere

The salon offers each guest the chance to relax. While in the salon, we would appreciate you turning off your cell phone/pager; speak softly as a courtesy to others.


Salon Requirements

So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the salon.


Age Requirement

Clients must be 16 years or older to receive services. If under 16 they must be accompanied with an adult to receive services.


Child Safety

Children are only permitted in the salon area when they are receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children and cannot assure their safety. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.


Pets

Animals are not permitted in the salon per health and state board regulations (except service animals.)


Returns

Please ask a stylist for recommendations when buying products so we can suggest the correct product for you. We do not offer refunds on product, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if their is any damage or mechanical problems we do offer exchange for another product for the same value of original purchase. Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise. No refunds or exchange on hair brushes, extensions or hair accessories.


Service

The correction policy doesn't cover a change in the style or color. We do not offer refunds for any services. Please notify us immediately if a correction is requested.


Use of Personal Data Collected

Personal data collected will be used  for information notification and feedback purposes. Names, postal and e-mail addresses and phone numbers collected may be added to our database and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products, new services, and upcoming events. We do not share our client lists with outside companies. You may opt out of our mailing list at any time.


PAYMENTS

Cash, check, Salon Gift Cards and all major credit cards are accepted.

There will be a $35.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed
